Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not offers — the actual price depends on the scope we agree in writing.

Any timeline, price range, or recommendation we give before a signed agreement is our good-faith estimate based on what you have told us, and may change once the scope is fully understood.

Project work

When we take on a project, the scope, schedule, fees, and payment terms are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both sides.

Unless that agreement says otherwise: you own the deliverables we produce for you once you have paid for them in full; we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how; and we may describe the work in general terms in our portfolio, without disclosing anything confidential and only with your agreement where your name is used.

Your responsibilities

Projects depend on timely input. You agree to provide content, access, approvals, and feedback within the timeframes we agree, and to confirm that anything you supply — text, images, logos, data — is yours to use.

Content on this site

The design, text, code, and branding on this site belong to us unless credited otherwise. Third-party names and technology logos are the property of their respective owners and appear only to describe what we work with.
