Who we are

Nexuvo Solutions is a software development studio based at 22 SH Mulla, Kattenahalli, Bengaluru 560064, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Nexuvo Solutions.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. That is:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (with country code), the project types you select, and your message.
• Let's Talk form: your name, email address, your message, and the service page you opened it from.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• WhatsApp, email, or phone: whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.
• Analytics and advertising measurement: if these are enabled, usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and which buttons were clicked. We do not receive your name from this, though our advertising provider may match it to an account you already hold with them.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver work you have engaged us for, and — if you subscribed — send you our newsletter.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are delivered to our business mailbox and to our lead record so that a mail delivery failure cannot lose your message. Depending on our configuration this record may be held by a third-party service such as Google, Airtable, or our hosting provider, each acting on our instructions.

Our website is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard server logs including IP addresses for security and reliability purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the relationship — typically up to three years from your last contact with us — and for longer only where a contract or the law requires it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can, at any time and free of charge:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter — reply to any newsletter email, or email us.

Cookies and analytics

Your theme preference and whether you have dismissed a banner are stored locally in your browser and never sent to us.

Where analytics is enabled, it is used only to understand which pages and contact options people find useful, so we can improve them.

Where advertising measurement is enabled, we use the Meta Pixel so that we can see which of our ads led to an enquiry and show our ads to people who have visited this site. It sets cookies that Meta can read across sites, and it tells Meta which pages you viewed here and whether you submitted a form or started a chat, phone, email, or booking. You can limit this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are rate-limited and screened for automated spam. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the page for a reasonable period.
